Terms of Service

These Terms govern the sale and licensing of digital products through sdkc66.com, offered under the trading name SDKC66. Each purchase is a contract with our merchant of record Gumroad, which is the trader of record for the order, the invoice and all VAT/GST or sales-tax duties; SDKC66 is the brand that produces and supplies the files. By placing an order you agree to them. If any provision is unenforceable against you as a consumer, the rest continues to apply and we will treat the contract as if that provision were severed.

1. Who may use this shop

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. Business customers warrant that they order for their own account or for a company they are authorised to bind. We may refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of export or sanctions rules, or where the payment is not cleared by the purchaser of record.

2. Products and licence scope

All items sold here are digital goods: software, licences, activation keys, SDK components, templates, digital assets, subscriptions or prepaid credits. Nothing is shipped, and no physical media is supplied unless a listing says so.

3. Orders, price and payment

4. Delivery of digital goods

Delivery is electronic. Licence keys, download links and access details are sent to the email address you provide and, where you have an account, listed in your order history. Delivery is deemed complete when the email is dispatched or the download becomes available.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)

As an EU or UK consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital-content exemption. For digital content supplied on no tangible medium (keys, downloads, accounts, credits), the right of withdrawal ends as soon as delivery begins — but only if, before that moment, you expressly consented to start delivery, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and that acknowledgement was confirmed in the order email. We state this on the product page immediately before checkout, and our merchant of record records your choice and repeats it in the confirmation email. If your order confirmation does not contain that acknowledgement, your 14-day withdrawal period is not affected — just tell us.

If you did not tick that consent, your 14-day withdrawal period is preserved and you can withdraw at any time within it; the withdrawal must be made in a clear statement to [email protected] or through the withdrawal entry point we provide on this website, in no more than two steps. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium with a timestamp. On a valid withdrawal we refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method, and your licence or download access is revoked; you must stop using the product and must not make it available to anyone else.

Where a subscription or service has partly been performed at your request, we may deduct the value of the period already provided. Withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered on physical media that you have unsealed, or to services fully performed with your prior consent.

6. Refunds, defects and remedies

Independent of withdrawal rights, we will refund or replace where:

Report the issue to [email protected] with your order number and, if relevant, a screenshot or log. Where the digital content does not conform, EU/UK consumers have statutory remedies (repair or replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund). Consumers' statutory rights are never limited by these Terms.

Where a product is simply unsuitable for a use you had in mind but works as described, refunds are at our discretion; tell us within 14 days and we will try to be reasonable, especially for mis-purchases of subscriptions.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: resell, redistribute or publish licence keys, source files or downloads; use stolen or third-party payment methods; attempt to defraud us through chargebacks for delivered products; reverse engineer, decompile or defeat copy protection except where applicable law expressly permits it; use products to build or operate malware, spam infrastructure, credential stuffing, scraping that violates third-party terms, or any unlawful service; or violate applicable export-control and sanctions rules, including supplying restricted parties or territories.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, layout, product files we own) and the underlying IP in the products remain ours or our licensors'. Buying a product transfers no ownership; you receive only the licence described in section 2. You keep all IP in your own projects, assets and data created with the product.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the website is uninterrupted or error-free. We may change listings, prices, product versions, or discontinue a product, with notice for subscribers where it materially affects a paid service in its term. We may change these Terms; the version shown at the time you order applies to that order.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the use of digital products. Our liability for foreseeable damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for non-conforming digital content where consumer law makes such a limitation void. Products supplied with a publisher's own end-user licence agreement are additionally governed by that EULA.

11. Termination and suspension

You may close your account at any time; existing licences survive according to their terms. We may suspend access where we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, non-payment, a security risk, or a breach of section 7, and we will notify you and give you a chance to respond unless doing so would create a legal or security risk.

12. Governing law and disputes

Your contract of sale is with our merchant of record, so the governing law and forum stated in its terms and on your order confirmation apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules. These Terms govern the licence, delivery and use rules that sit on top of that sale — save that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections of your country always prevail over these Terms.

Before going to court, please contact us: most issues are resolved by email within days. EU consumers may additionally use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. We will continue to serve complaints through [email protected].
